WHAT'S GREEN PAW SHOP'S SHIPPING POLICY?
- We offer LIVE shipping rates and can ship all over the world using the lowest cost shipping available from all 3 major carriers (FedEx, UPS, and USPS) In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days and are typically delivered in 3-5 business days.
- Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered on the same day may not ship together depending on their size.
- Please note that we don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Orders placed on weekends and after 1 PM CST on weekdays will not ship until the next business day.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
- In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days and are typically delivered in 3-5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation via email and a tracking number will be sent to you when your order is shipped.
WHERE’S MY PACKAGE?
- Take a look at the tracking information that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation. This email will be separate from your order confirmation, so be careful not to miss it!
- The fastest way to get an update on your package is to track your delivery through the carrier, using the tracking number provided. There you will find the most recent updates and an estimated delivery date.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
- While our Green Paw Shop Team will do their best to accommodate all requests, please note that once an order has begun processing, we are not able to change or cancel your order. If you no longer need the items you purchased, you can start a return once they are delivered.
